Flowers
I know I've already blogged about this before but my flowers are getting so big and pretty! We are now frequented with random strangers stopping outside our house to stare at the flowers. Lots of old folks, we've even had people walk up and knock on our door to see what our secret is to getting them so big... p.s. the secret is that there is no secret, we water and fertilize every 2-3 weeks.

They sure are pretty. Maybe I should plant some in my yard to hide the fact that I ignore my flower gardens way too often and they are being overtaken by weeds. How goes the weeding BTW? Do you have to very often or do they block most of them from growing?

ReplyDeleteActually for as big as the planter is the weeds aren't bad at all. Im sure the plants and bark help with that but i usually will walk the bed twice a week and grab the strays; if i do that there's only a few and then i don't have to spend a whole day weeding
